This group is for anyone who is interested. From those who already practice meditation to those who are just looking to try meditation and a chance to quite the monkey brain. In this group you will be lead on a guided meditation that help you feel at ease.
Monday 1 pm - 1:30 pm
Our Grief and Loss Support Group allows those who have lost a loved one to share their struggles with others who have experienced a similar loss. It aims to provide people with a place to feel validated and understood as they talk about their experience with loss.
Tuesday 4 pm - 5 pm
This class works through depression as a whole, learning coping skills and ways to release stress and tension. Individual participation and sharing is encouraged but not necessary.
Tuesday 11 am – 12 pm
Most of us will agree that life right now is rough at the moment for almost everyone at this time, however add an Anxiety Disorder into the mix and life can be absolutely intolerable. Our Anxiety Group is a Peer-To-Peer led support group for those coping with fear and stress associated with many different anxiety disorders.
Tuesday 1 pm - 2:30 pm
One of our most basic needs as a human is real, authentic connections with other people. If you have emotions, and you need someone to talk to them about, this group could be for you! This group gives ample time for each person to share what emotions they are experiencing, some times getting support in the form of feedback from the group. After everyone has had a chance to speak, we generally follow with a discussion with topics ranging from coping skills to music therapy.

A group for anyone who is looking to address specific issues those in the community face and how to build resilience in the face of adversity.

Fresh Start Yoga is a great way to start your day and your week. This one hour
beginner yoga class is a low impact workout. Yoga is beneficial for mental and
physical health and it relieves stress and encourages mindfulness.
Monday 9am - 10am
Come join us for at, paint, and socialization. Artists on special projects or create their own.
Wednesday 11 am - 1 pm
In this class, we focus on being at ease and finding comfort within your own body and mind. There is no right or wrong here! The instructor offers modifications, laughter and a safe space to feel what is true to you. Most poses are offered with the support of a chair to allow you to feel stable and strong while exploring in your practice. Poses can be done without the chair as well, if you so choose. This is a very gentle class and is suitable for all walks of life.

A support group for people dealing directly or indirectly with diabetes.
Friday 2 pm - 3 pm
It's a chance to nurture our inner child and remember the importance of play.
